Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. The Bible alone teaches all that is necessary for our salvation from sin and is the standard by which all Christian behavior is measured.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ as truly God and truly Man, in His virgin birth, in His sinlessness, in His miracles, in His vicarious atoning death through the shed blood on the Cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father where He intercedes on behalf of all believers, and in His personal return to earth in power and glory.

We believe that in salvation we are rescued from God’s wrath by His grace alone through faith. Our salvation is accomplished by the mediatorial work of Jesus Christ alone. For the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe that justification is by grace alone through faith alone because of Jesus Christ alone. His sinless life, substitutionary atonement, and bodily resurrection are the only sufficient payment for our justification and reconciliation to the Father.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of eternal damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the head of His body, the Church.

We believe that because salvation is of God and has been accomplished by the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ, we must live our lives before the face of God, under the authority of the Word of God and for His glory alone.
